Giving yourself the gift of a safe space to process, integrate and become more grounded is one of the best things we can do for our mental health.

Premarital & Couples Work

Starting your marriage off with a solid foundation is key- it is important to have deep communication and understanding during your premarital journey and beyond.

Adolescence can be very challenging , and it can be helpful to have a safe space to navigate these experiences.

My Approach

My approach to counseling rests on my belief that the therapeutic relationship is central to client growth and change. Creating a space of safety, trust and unconditional positive regard for the client guides all my interactions and interventions.

About me

Born & raised in Portland, this city has afforded me many opportunities to pursue my passions. Working with people and being a part of a client's personal journey is a true honor.  We are all spinning in our own mess, and having time to slow down and gain perspective allows us to reground and find health & clarity. It's a continuous cycle of looking to bloom & grow.

Getting Help

It's not easy! It takes a lot of strength, courage and self-compassion to explore the edges of ourselves. I truly believe that having a safe place to explore is key to helping ourselves, and in turn, helping others.

“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”

-Shannon L. Alder
